Refund policy

Satisfaction Guarantee
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at green@recyclefarm.org. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 2nd floor A824, 47 Gangnam-daero 112-gil, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, South Korea, 06121.

If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We do not provide a return shipping label. We will give you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds will only be accepted for returns requested within 7 days of receiving the product. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund under our Satisfaction Guarantee.

If a refund request is made within 7 days of receiving the product due to satisfaction, the decision to approve the refund will be made within 7 business days from the date the request is received. If it is difficult to make a decision within 7 business days (e.g., due to the inability to contact the buyer), a 3-day processing delay may be requested.

If the cancellation request is made after payment has been completed but before shipping has started, the cancellation will be processed immediately unless there are special circumstances. If the shipping is already in progress, cancellation and return requests are not possible. In this case, please proceed with the return request after receiving the product.

Damages and issues
If a refund request is made due to a product defect, evidence may be requested for defect verification, and the product may need to be returned. If the return meets the criteria, the refund request will be approved, and the refund will be processed, including canceling the credit card payment if applicable.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Limitations on Exchanges or Returns
The following situations may limit or prevent exchanges or returns:
If the product is lost or damaged due to the fault of the user.
If the value of the product has significantly decreased due to the user’s use or partial consumption.
If the product is a perishable item or has significantly decreased in value over time, making resale difficult.
If the product packaging has been damaged.

Exchanges
The buyer may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery, according to applicable laws. Exchanges can only be processed if the box remains unopened and all components are returned. The cost of shipping for exchanges and any related fees will be borne by the party responsible for the exchange. If the online mall user does not accurately inform the seller of the reason for the exchange, the processing of the exchange may be delayed. Once an exchange request is submitted, it may be difficult to withdraw the request for that particular product.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
