Shipping Policy for Pre-Ordered Products

Thank you for your interest in our smart tumbler! Please note that this is a pre-order item. Below are the details regarding shipping and delivery:

1. Estimated Delivery Timeline:
The expected shipping date is November 4th, 2024. However, the delivery date may vary depending on the shipping address. We are working diligently to ensure your product reaches you as soon as possible within this timeframe. Please note that shipping schedules are subject to change and may vary in different regions due to local factors and requirements.

2. Order Confirmation:
Upon placing your pre-order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email will serve as your receipt and confirmation of your pre-order.

3. Shipping Notification:
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Please be aware that the delivery time may vary depending on your location and shipping method selected.

4. Address Changes:
If you need to update your shipping address after placing a pre-order, please contact us at green@recyclefarm.org before the shipping process begins. Address changes cannot be made once your order is in transit.

5. Payment:
Your payment will be processed at the time of purchase. Pre-ordering guarantees your place in line for the product but does not guarantee an exact delivery date. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to deliver your product as promptly as possible.

6. Cancellations and Refunds:
Pre-orders can be canceled for a full refund at any time before shipping. Once your order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.

7. International Shipping:
For customers outside the Republic of Korea, please note the following:

  • Shipping Times: International shipping times may be extended due to customs processing. While the estimated delivery time is 2 weeks, delays may occur depending on the international shipping carrier and other factors beyond our control.

  • Customs Fees and Taxes: Additional customs fees or taxes may apply depending on your location. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping costs.

  • Shipping Estimates: The estimated delivery dates provided in any sales confirmation are for reference only. We do not guarantee these dates, and the company will not be liable for any delays, losses, or damages that occur during transit.

  • Partial Shipments: We may, at our discretion, make partial shipments of your order. Each partial shipment will be treated as a separate transaction, and you will be charged for each shipment accordingly, regardless of whether it fulfills your entire order.

  • Risk of Loss: All purchases of physical products are subject to a shipping contract. The risk of loss and title for your purchase passes to you when the goods are delivered to the carrier.

  • Reporting Issues: If you believe any part of your purchase is missing, incorrect, or damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods or the shipment acknowledgment.
